Is there a card reader that can read ds games for the computer?

I have a broken ds game (a regular one you buy in the stores) and I'm wondering if there a card reader that a ds game can go into.Then can you delete the current game on it and load a new rom of the game on it. Is there a card reader for ds game?

since you have the original DS rom, it's legal for you to download a rom of that and you can play it on your computer by an emulator like iDeaS or no$gba.
In connecting your cartridge to the pc details are sketchy for me but I think its possible, refer to these sites:

I think it could be done via some cards and you will dump your rom there.
